I am fairly comfortable that most holders won't accept the offer as it sits. But I still wonder about the 10m shares that where bought up last week at $6. I had expected a substantial holders notice to be released but seems they where shared between two entities that each hold less than 5%.

That was strong, substantial and deliberate buying, but for what motive?
