    Very opportunistic by Acta. There is no benefit for shareholders to accept such a low offer. Anything less than 0.01 is guaranteeing a loss for most shareholders. Helix is obviously running out of funds again so they probably need someone else on board to help them complete the Cobar exploration or just acquire another project.
