It depends on your point of view as to who's blood they were smelling?
IMO, DVP has become a longer term project than most of us believed it would be. I think even BB may be reviewing the achievable value accretion of the 5yr plan. Many unforeseen macro factors have affected short term potential.
My LT view of DVP is positive, Am I disappointed not to of multi bagged already...sure.
Is that reasonable...probably not.
