it is fraud under the Corporations Act, plain and simple. It might be interesting to bring a Section 1041A class action against the traders engaging in this 1 share trade manipulation scheme. Damages sought would be the valuation gap caused by the price manipulation, which is easily in excess of 1 billion in total damages across all shareholders at this point.
Any experienced securities litigation lawyers here on this forum working on contingency deals, sing out.
