I don’t understand why people keep saying the PPSA date is “market sensitive” so can’t be mentioned by Scott. It’s an internal Zimbabwe govt political process that is quite independent of IVZ, and Scott has no role to play in its adoption and certification. It’s like saying Scott couldn’t comment on the likely outcome of elections in Zimbabwe because it’s “market sensitive.” Ridiculous.
