I am not trying to be critical of Jim, he comes across as someone very genuine.
Here are few points: - around the fab comments, IMHO he sounds uncomfortable to qualify new fab acquisition(cf 7:05 time). Jim comments are "that's been a great.. humm... humm... acquisition for us" (while looking down the floor all the time!) - another time (cf 7:50), it is unclear when he says "easier predictability", what does that mean? These fab processes are automated, it is predictable or not predictable, the later case is not viable. - fab conversion: I was under the impression the fab conversion was completed. A necessary step before engaging with any new contract. Jim comment was that they are working with vendors to test and acquire new equipements. - fyi fab conversion from indian phosphate to gallium nitrate could take from 6m to 2y. How long does Bluglass need to convert that fab?
