    It's worth considering the price is only here due to their buying.
    That being said, to but the amount they are after on market would drive the sp up significantly.

    Hopefully the BOD can use that to get us an improved offer.

    Seems weird only a partial takeover. Might be a selling point to retain exposure for current shareholders.
