I don't like Scott's attitude toward shareholders here. He evidently is pleased to raise at a discount for SIs but expects retail to pay a premium while not prepared to pay a premium himself nor take up any of the shortfall. It stinks.
From memory he raised at 13c with free options in the immediate period after the discovery. There were similar raises to this made before the discovery. IMO this sent a message that the discovery was disappointing and has contributed to the price decline since. Regardless of someone dumping or not.
IMO he should accept responsibility for where we are instead of blaming retail shareholders and he should stop calling them bed wetters, it's not professional.
