If this deal goes through Bright will eventually want to mop up the minority holders shares and would then buy them up at a premium. Once the deal goes through the sp will be higher than it currently is so no probs for those holding around current sp as you pointed out. I don't for one minute think that Bright will be totally happy until they hold as many shares as they can.
