Why would anyone sell their shares to these jokers. If you are making a partial takeover offer make it a decent one. ( At least an offer the shareholders will be contemplating on) This is a joke of an offer.
This company is worth many multiples of the offer price and as soon as the interest rates start to fall along with record high gold prices, small caps such as HLX with gold and copper tenements will start to have a good run.
This is why these guys are making the offer now before the tide changes for the small cap space
