Perhaps that’s all correct but if an institution starts buying at 2.40 they’d have to do it very gradually so as not to suddenly increase the SP. They couldn’t simply purchase that many shares in one day or even 3-5 days without influencing the price. Also I believe you can make money by trading these fluctuations as well as hold your majority of shares for long term.
