Darkness is in effect blindness to truth, you can't see the truth. John 1:5 - And the light (God's word) shines in the darkness (peoples), and the darkness (peoples) did not comprehend it. (Psa 119:105 etc)
Just so you know, when I debate or discuss the Biblical, I come from The Book and what it says and shows, is what I debate from, irrespective as to whether we think this and that is so of the messages of the book -> But what the Book says. You might say, it's more of what you would term a legal approach, how would the court rule it and not what we would like. Many areas, well on the Key area I push, would rule the likes of -> It's so clear and obvious that it goes without saying
Many of your points, although you don't follow the sheep (good boy lol), step way out of what the Book shows. Even if we look at the spiritual context of many areas, which it would seem most don't do it enough, there is a limit as to how far you can go in the spiritual context. If you treat that like an elastic band as Kam's faith seems to, the sky becomes the limit or even further lol = create any fairy story you like out of every passage.
