I've been having a closer look at AOF recently thinking that a similar thing may happen with TOT eventually although on a smaller scale as that fund only has 2.5 office buildings in it (currently trading at a 35% discount to underlying assets).
What was the process like in getting to the point of this fund being wound up? How wide did the discount get and how hard did Australian Unity need to be pushed before going along with it?
