I think you missed the NPS call above. Customer satisfaction, on balance is better than all peers. The concept they're not ethical towards customers is simply populist bs that is RC hangover. You can pick out any company and focus on failure however this company does tremendous good towards Australia, Australians. it deserves more recognition than it gets. Maybe one day when it's been taxed to oblivion and cost of capital is so high that ppl need to pay 2x on debt against their house, ppl may realise why it was good to have an unquestionably strong bank.
