MSB have been added to the MSCI World Small Cap Index as per below.
Was announced some weeks back and is effective 30/8, so most likely a fair bit of the cross trades on Friday will be related.
For the record the ASX200 works on a free float rolling 6 months volume weighted.
GG and Si shares plus other related DO NOT COUNT
Ergo reduce market cap accordingly for indexation.
Thinking @ 23% so rough and ready 880m shares free float, probably need $1.5-1.6b so $1.75 average as a minimum.
Approval first. Then it will be worth keeping track. Bit of work to be done first.
