Ukraine has been using its own weapons, what is the difference? Russia has been using North Korea long range ballistics into Ukraine.

Any location launching an attack on Ukraine territory should be able to be targeted, it is the source of the murder ie. airfields. Critical infrastructure attacks overwhelming mainly from Putin on civilians to cause terror and deprivation is a disgusting war crime.
