I hate to bring this up but (like a few biotechs in the past) there is an option to actually wind up the company.
Basically, if there are no further options for research, then there is little avenue for the existence of the company.
Collect the R&D rebate and flog off any patents and IP - and distribute whatever is left to shareholders.
Very difficult times at the moment.
