    I completely agree. That throw away one line "expect long delays IMO" is just ridiculous. Anyone who knows PEN knows that they're on the front foot and proactive in these matters. That's why this all came about in the first place. I agree with your sentiment towards such posters.

    Will be buying more as soon as my cheque from FAR comes back.
