I have not suggested "unethical or corruptive practice" by the company, neither explicitly nor implicitly. I was rather alluding to the agreements with key contractors and partners which are worth reviewing in my opinion. However, given the unprofessional and unethical reactions towards the justified criticism from shareholders you indeed start wondering what their ethical standards in daily business are.
