Volume on charts tell the best story. Not target levels. Target levels are used by the instos to entice retail to part with their cash or shares.
Once the big instos have their fill or exited their positions, then the markets turn. Friday marked the end of month moves with massive volumes across Oz and US markets.
Check what happened after the end of last month. And then the massive volumes at the turning point.
Maybe the test will be to see how much retail have in their accounts and will push higher for a little while longer. Maybe not.
