BYD, getting to be known as "Burn Your Dreams", appears to have a real problem.
Aside from media reports telling us 10 BYD showrooms have burnt down.

Although this video is from last year, with the higher uptake of EVs in dirty polluted China, we can only assume the problem is only getting worse.
We also know that the official Chinese News Agency is controlled by the communist government, so they are unlikely to report about this growing problem.
