You are clearly seeking financial advice from people here who (mostly) have a financial interest in this stock, and will ramp it up like there's no tomorrow.
Mistake 101.

Do some of your own research, and you'll see there is a global (except China) downturn in EV sales.
The early adopter have come and gone.
If you've been to world's factory, China, especially the bigger cities like Beijing, Nanshan, Chengdu, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou (I have!) you'll understand the serious pollution problem they have, (ROW doesn't have) and their need for action. Elsewhere, meh.

Consumers have had a gut full of the quirks of EV ownership, and are pivoting towards hybrids.
Smaller batteries, less lithium and other battery metals required.

Nobody cares what ratio of petrol/electric driving a hybrid owner does, but it's a clear indication people do not trust a full battery electric vehicle.
Otherwise they would have bought a full battery electric vehicle.
But they didn't.

Google about EV fires in South Korea lately.
It's a good indicator of what is coming.
