    You have to look a lot deeper than that and realise it’s probably the fact that HLX acquired prime prospecting land from LGM and are potentially onto something. Povey won’t be successful with his proportional take over offer as he purchased @.003c and wants .005c! To me this is a cheap way out and not good enough.
