voting against the renumeration report is the key thing that all holders need to do. We need some of the major shareholders to get on board this too. That’s where the email and list of reasons comes into play. I will add a good post for my reasoning in the next week when I find a bit more time. As a long term holder I have plenty of examples of the failures of current management. Obviously some of us may miss reasons, so hopefully as many investors as possible get involved and post in here. Every point counts when it comes to getting rid of these people!
