when theres no criminal allegations, mediation is a preferred option. whats wrong with that.
I don't agree with a second set of laws for any groups in criminal cases, that stuff is serious, though I do disagree with some laws, such as illicit drugs needing regulation and taxation, but civil matters are a different category.
but of course you'd take my thoughts to a ridiculous extreme.
