IMO the Russian Federation amended Constitution is an "inconvenient truth" for tangs and Andy/Milo/Crom to recognise because it clearly outlines that this war is not alone Putins war but that it has been endorsed bt rge Russian people via referendum as outlined below.
And for those who think that the Referendums were undemocratic, please think again? Their carrying vote and % turn our were about the same as those on western democracies .
