I'm not an accountant by any means but it looks to me like it relates to the difference in timing between when a tax is accrued and when it is due to be paid. I'm thinking the larger cash flow expense would relate to deferred tax liabilities, such as are currently recognised on the balance sheet, but I'm not confident. DYOR
