no it’s what happens when you treat a leisure company like a bank.
people are willing to do this type of regulation to get a credit card or a loan. They don’t do it a casino when they can can go to a pub or club and not have to do any.
you cannot regulate 1% of the states gaming and then expect it to be profitable. People will just go to where it’s easy. Pubs and clubs.
