They have placed a footnote in the AR stating he has the remuneration at 20c. I mentioned this was strange as I have been asking for 6 months, and it just happens to turn up in a footnote now.
Importantly, DC has been in charge since the SP was 34c, so why he gets them at 20c, is anyone’s guess.
None the less, it doesn’t align with us, because when the SP went from 34c down to 16c, we lose value, yet he is rewarded woth circa $1M for reaching that milestone of debt finalised.
To answer your question, my number one question would be, why did shorters receive 120m shares in the last two capital raises, lowering the SP, why have Canaccord not be removed? But, there track record recently of allowing questions has not been good.
