You can call it what you want but the actual numbers of deaths relative to the actual population is extremely low and is not representative of genocides in the past. This is turning out to be a 'find the right noun and adjective' when by definition genocide is simply not occurring. They were all warned to move out weren't they, hardly a surprising act. We've seen all of this kind of selective interpretation before.
