100% trying to sell Karibib, the rest of the wording around securing a minority partner etc is just fluff to try and smooth it over.
They will end up letting it go cheap for whatever they are offered as they are desperate for cash, they wont get much out of it by the time Jefferies take their cut but JW might get a few more months of wages.

Cash wont last long still pulling the ridiculous wage. Its clear now that JW is not about preserving the company, its all about keeping the pay cheque coming..
Once the bank balance gets too low it would not suprise me if this peanut just resigns and walks away leaving behind the trainwreck that he created.
