Another Labor disaster bought on by high interest rates, building material shortages and labor shortages all contributing to a construction sector in Victoria in crisis. Let’s hope the insurance arrangements are better than those involving Porter Davis Homes when the shortfalls of a Labor induced poorly managed Vic Building Insurance Scheme could not respond to new claims.
