This Albanese is a complete fool. Yes, the law give powers to Ministers, but when necessary (all too often with this cabinet of cIowns), the PM could use his authority to influence a Minister to alter a decision. For example, where a decision had impacts way outside the Minister's narrow portfolio. That would be exercising leadership and demonstrating that he's across the whole of government and has Australias national interest at the front of his mind. If Albanese thinks he isn't responsible for this and other incompetent actions of his ministers, he needs to step down immediately. kick the bums out .
