If the TO is going to be wrapped up soon, why would Gino need to sell his shares now?? He could just finalise the deal and take the money. I guess something else going on behind the scene and we will soon find out. But one thing is for sure the actual share price is 53c or above regardless of what the current market price is. Opening after Trading Halt would be interesting.
