    You said the pipeline ban doesn't confuse you, so it is a reasonable assumption that you support it.
    You also said that greenlighting the FSRU doesn't confuse you even though pipelines are banned, so it is a reasonable assumption you support it. Therefore, a reasonable person would conclude you are happy to pay more.
    Given the PKIT doesn't currently have a supply of gas, there is a clear risk NSW may not be able meet demand for gas in the state in the future.

    If you had bothered to read the AEMO GSOO for the East Coast, you would know these things.
