everywhere I go people are talking about how much they are going to make re property; yesterday 3 guys {one with a obvious intelectual disability} were chatting in the garden section of Bunnings{ they were 3 Bunnings workers} about the great thing called negative gearing and property investment and I overheard one saying he would not manage it himself but get a agent to do it-----------I didnt join in fir vfear of being potted and planted on the spot as a negative agitator!
Even at a sporting event I went to with my son a guy was reading a property investor book..
