Reading and comprehending is vastly different and it's quite clear there is a lack of comprehension in having knowledge and an understanding of the law.

Their legally bound rehabilitation obligations and liabilities on their previous minesites that haven't been and cant be fulfilled due to lack of resources.

Projects that appear to be struggling to get finished without government welfare is simply wrong.

Why on earth should taxpayers be spending one razoo supporting the company when CEO's are on millions of dollars a year.

Then there is the cost of rehabilitation of their current minesites when they can't even finish rehabilitation on their previous minesites.

All in all just pathetic.
