I warned one woman, she did a final draw of her cigarette, threw it on the ground without butting it out, and declared she was leaving the bins out.
The cigarette butts alone cause damage to the marine environment but there's no telling these people!
Cashed-up bogans spreading the Fear Uncertainty Doubt are infesting this place also, for sure!
