Fcf and increased npat I think is all that will change the market's assessment. Personally I was not expecting a bounce, but I will not be surprised if there is some uptick prior to the next reporting period if there is no bad news or there is good news in between. Until then you will continue to hear the repeated criticisms: increasing costs, roll-up, declining profit over the past 2 years, free cash flow negative, asset heavy, governance issues, Simon is terrible, can't assess roic, etc.I am fully invested in this company, and I think it will do well, but that is what I here from the market beyond a few obscure investors such as myself.
