I wouldn't touch it - it's a high cost producer that produces low quality met. PCI & SSCC.
It's overburdened by deferred tax & royalty payments. If it cleared it's debts it would probably be ok. Could be worth it if they spent $100m on it.
Anymore and it's a basketcase
