We are in a recession under the ALP:-

- GDP growth/non-growth is below the inflation rate;

- Albo's 1.1m migrants are suppressing wages, although his CFMEU and Police mates are given massive wage rises without productivity increases;

- Albo's immigration is fuelling inflation and making housing costs almost unaffordable for many;

Australia needed to import more taxpaying migrant workers due to it's ageing population. Someone has to pay for the DSP, Aged Pension and other social benefits demanded by the general population. However, doing it so fast has placed too much pressure on too few resources. In other words, Albo didn't plan ahead.

Chalmers and Albo blaming the Reserve Bank for high inflation is a bit rich. Inflation is attributable to many things and some of the most important ones are the responsibility of Albo ie. migration, productivity/GDP and Government spending.
