I recently read an article that the EU is particularly annoyed with Chinas endeavours into the European renewables market. They have been looking at options to support local business & curb chinese company growth in the sector. The same goes for the EV market so to say it makes no difference to governments & business is a little misleading bomber.
That said I agree 100% that ATC need to get busy & finish the cerenergy prototypes along with the silumina anodes pilot plant commissioned & producing.
