I know exactly what to do, I will explain all once I harness strong support from ALL SH’s first. I do need serious help especially from SH’s based in London to proactively canvass and support change on your share forums. We have to attract serious support. Who will help me ????

I have been in serious talks with many key directors over the last 2-3 yrs and again more recently after that terrible Hickory RNS 2023 which was responsible for collapsing our SP imo and again this year when 88 unbelievably released that RNS presenting a consolidation at AGM prior to flow testing this year, never happened as 88 trashed SP, damaged beyond repair imo.
I walked away when the lack of support and poor turn out of SH who voted recently. NOT NOW!!!!!
Perfect timing to present 249D spill is NOW, as many main players (friends) will be attending Good Oil conference in 17-18 September and I personally know most directors and broker bosses attending. Some have even helped me successfully spill boards previously, I have already planned meetings/dinners during this time. Timing is right and now guys.
I can’t sit back and watch mum/dad SH’s, my personal large investment, my friends and families all on massive losses increase month after month under this terrible performing company imo and neither should all SH’s. I need your support and now. Last chance.
This is my last attempt asking for support from SH’s to action a complete overhaul of our Board/Management. I am serious about presenting a 249D, I won’t waste my time and money if no strong support. Please again I encourage every holder on here to simply say they wish to support and their holdings. I will contact you all privately and personally at the appropriate time. I will set up a gmail account etc so we can all communicate away from HC. Plus will need a couple of like minded supporters to assist me. Any volunteers.
If ALL SH’s still cannot see how unacceptable and untenable our board and management have become, then we are all in a serious world of hurt. Time for change, they must ALL go and NOW imo.
The unacceptable, obscene remuneration paid to a non oil and gas professional of over $800k a year must end and now. It’s seriously a disgrace imo, especially when his performance again imo is so very very questionable and those costly mistakes which are many imo, made every year since took over the MD role imo. How on earth can he accept millions of free performance shares when our SP sits at 0.001/2c and fell every year he took over is beyond my comprehension imo. This has to end and now.

This has to happen NOW. Doing 1 well a year, terrible state of our finances, market reputation and sentiment is all time lows along with SP, out of control SOI and the obscenely over paid remuneration in my opinion has to END and NOW imo.
As a united group of SH’s we can successfully force changes, we have to force changes and now. Over the next few weeks I will again be in discussions with O/G professionals who I will canvas to replace this current Board/Management with proven professionals. I personally know they won’t be asking $800k a year. Fact!!!!
Just happy the Good Oil Conference is happening as many directors who attend know my personal position re 88 and many are supportive of me trying to implement change.
If you don’t believe me ring many of them and simply mention 88E, their remuneration, combined with our performance and what is actually achieved in a 12 month period and watch the raised eyebrows and their language in response.
So SH’s it’s all up to you all now. Last chance. Please support me and I will get the right team and change our destiny before we are delisted and we lose all our money. Up to you all. Who is with me as I could be doing better things than this in my retirement. Time to stop whinging on here and Please support me, as no one else will do this to save everyone’s investment.
