Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name -> Greetings to both you and Jesus -> who is at the RHS of the Father.

John 5:23 - that all should honor the Son just as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him.

John 14:13,14 - And whatever you ask in My name, this I will do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

How would you ask him if you don't pray to him ?
He is to be your Brother, don't brothers communicate ?


"Muslims pray prostrate on the ground"

Pray and worship is also communication.
God is your Father, do you " prostrate on the ground" when communicating with your human Father ???


Matt 6:5 - 7 - And when you pray, you shall not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the corners of the streets, that they may be seen by men. Assuredly, I say to you, they have their reward.
But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.
And when you pray, do not use vain repetitions as the heathen do. For they think that they will be heard for their many words.
