After a number of years as an AVJ shareholder im finally completely out. The only real reason i was ever in it to begin with was because of the discount to NTA. I suppose thats probably the only reason why every current holder is still in it. Far better business’ available to invest in with similar discounts to NTA that aren’t tempted to raise capital at ridiculous discounted rates so that management can increase their share of the pie at the expense of ordinary shareholders.
I learnt the hard way…..took a 20% loss. C’est la vie
