- The former president also faced freshly revised charges last week from special counsel Jack Smith in his federal Jan. 6 case.
- "It's so crazy that my poll numbers go up. Whoever heard you get indicted for interfering with a presidential election where you have every right to do it," Trump told host Mark Levin. "You get indicted and your poll numbers go up."
- Trump has been convicted in one of the four criminal cases he's faced since 2023. The three other cases against him have either stalled or been dismissed.
