From a governance point of view, I see your point.
as a holder of race, I find his interactions largely net positive. For Daniel, I think he realises the people who hold race shares are the people that he is doing this for. For someone like yourself, who is more concerned about "compliance", it's a non factor.
at the detriment to race shareholders, if he ceases his interactions with his shareholders, is this the best thing for the company?
