I am pretty sure A2M outsource their social media as well, to the distributors in those markets. At least that is how it looked for Vietnam awhile back when I checked. Might be different now.
Maybe they couldn't find a local distributor to accept exclusivity provisions etc. If they were to expand a bit and bring A2 Gold they might have more volume and therefore more control. A2M is pretty over cautious when it comes to testing new markets. It would cost a much greater amount to do it all themselves and to some degree it wouldn't be possible either. But if they only commit some UHT products to the market then distributors are going to want other brands as well.
