Annual contract value rising and expenses falling can only be a good thing, but shareholders want to see that translate to cash flows and the bottom line.
The segment breakdown in the annual accounts doesn't correlate with the narrative that ACV is rising, so further explanation is needed from the CEO here.
Good to see him commit to more routine updates in the future now that the slate is clean.
