Agree with all this. What I don't understand (and the main reason I recently bought) is why SOL hasn't exercised any influence around this.
Rather than sit passively watching their investment wither I would have thought they'd be running the ruler over another bid for the lot. Or maybe that's why they're happy for the share price to tank.
